Why do you need to calculate your 1RM?
Strength trainers have established programs with percentages based on their 1RM because they do not know their actual strength level, but they know what percentages they want the use to be in relation to their maximum single repetition. The calculator gives you all the corresponding charges, which are made simply by multiplying the percentage in your 1RM.
